Can you ship my purchase from the store? Can I have a box to ship this item?
We do not ship any in-store purchases from either of our Retail locations. We re-use all boxes in house, and it is not our policy to provide customers with boxes for shipping. -
Can you use points in store? Will this purchase accumulate points for my account?
At this time, points are only applicable for online purchases. Because our stores and website use different operating systems, in-store purchases will not accrue points. -

Do you have a public restroom?
PORTLAND: Neither our Outlet or Retail store have a public restroom for customer use. We suggest using a public restroom before visiting us or patronizing one of our lovely neighbors! Do you have parking at your locations?
At our Portland Outlet, there is plenty of free street parking on Gladstone Street, as well as all surrounding side streets. Street parking at our Portland NW 23rd location is metered from 9am-7pm, Monday through Saturday. Parking is free on Sundays. Payment can be completed at the meter or thr... -
At this time, Portland Leather Goods does not make belts; we choose to specialize in handbags and small leather accessories.

Shoes are only available for purchase on the website, and the retail locations do not have available try-on inventory for any styles.

Do you take orders for custom items or offer alterations to your designs?
As a handmade leather goods company, we receive a lot of queries about custom work. Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer bespoke craftsmanship to our customers. Even small changes to designs significantly disrupt the flow of production, which is why we aren't able to accommodate those requests. -

What is the warranty? Can I have my item repaired?
All of our leather goods are guaranteed for life for manufacturing defects. Each repair is reviewed on a case by case basis, but we are able to complete most repairs in-house. More specific information regarding our warranty can be found here. -

What payment methods are accepted in store?
Our retail locations accept cash, and any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover logo. We also support mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. We do not accept physical checks.
