How do you measure your foot?

  1. Foot length: Stand flat-footed with your heel against a wall. Standing on a ruler or tape measure on the floor, measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
  2. Foot width: Measure the flat width across the ball of your foot (the widest point) by stepping on the ruler or tape measure.
