Welted Chelsea Boots and Welted Brooklyn Boots are constructed with a true Goodyear welting process and can be resoled. All women’s styles are cemented and have decorative stitching - meaning they cannot be resoled.

Do the boots have removable insoles?
The boots do not have removable insoles. If you need to add inserts/orthotic insoles we would recommend going up a full size. -
Do you have wide fit boots for women?
While we do not offer wide fit styles, the women's boots are all “EE Width.” In the US, shoe sizes come in up to 9 widths- AAA being the most narrow, and EEE being the widest, making EE a wide fit. Do your shoes have arch support?
Our shoes were not designed to focus on arch support, so it is not a dominant quality in our footwear. Our design focus was on overall comfort, and most of our shoes can be expected to have a bit of a wider fit and additional cushion in the insole. -

As a handmade leather goods company, we receive a lot of queries about custom work. Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer bespoke craftsmanship to our customers.
