Can I add to my order or combine multiple orders?
We are unable to add items to an order or combine two separate orders. We encourage you to place one order for all of the items you had your eye on! -
Can I change my address after placing my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any address changes prior to shipment, if possible, however we are unable to make this kind of change once an order has shipped. Please reach out to Customer Service if the package is marked undeliverable or is marked "return to sender" on the tracking page! -
Can I choose my shipping carrier?
We don't have an option for customers to select their preferred carrier at this time. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS, based on whichever carrier is best suited for faster delivery to your address. Our packages do not come with any pricing information, so you can ship orders directly to a gift recipient without revealing the cost. -
