Refunds for Merchandise Credit will be issued via a digital code sent to your email address as soon as your return package is scanned "In Transit" by FedEx.
For refunds to original payment methods, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued as soon as your return is received and processed. Original payments split between a Gift Card and Credit/Debit Card will be refunded to the original Gift Card first with any remaining balance refunded to the Credit/Debit Card.
Please note that it can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process your refund, so if your funds have not yet arrived in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company for more information. If your bank is unable to assist, please contact us here.
